Rules and Regulations for Self Study Room
- Quiet Study Environment: Maintain a quiet and focused atmosphere within the self- study room to ensure optimal learning conditions for everyone.
- Electronic Devices: Only laptops/tablets are allowed for studying. Use of personal headphones for audio/visual content is mandatory.
- Food and Drinks: Outside food and drinks (except water) are not permitted in the study area. Please use the designated breakroom for food consumption.
- Respect Others: Be considerate of fellow visitors. Refrain from any disruptive behavior that might disturb others’ study or concentration.
- Scheduled Bookings:Private meeting rooms must be booked in advance. Adhere to your reservation time to avoid inconvenience for others
- Wi-Fi Usage: Access the high-speed Wi-Fi network for educational purposes. Inappropriate or excessive use is prohibited.
- Personal Belongings: Store personal belongings securely in the provided lockers. The self study room is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Price Plans: Choose your pricing plan based on your needs. Switching plans is allowed, but only from a lower to a higher plan.
- Cancellation Policy: Purchased plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please choose your plan wisely.
- Changing of Workstation: Workstation selected and assigned during the booking cannot be changed. Under exceptional cases at management’s discretion, workstation will be allowed to change from the pool of available workstations on that day/time.
- Membership Fee Policy: Pay the membership fee only once to unlock unlimited bookings as per your chosen plan. No additional payments are necessary and the membership fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment.
- Booking Fee Policy: The booking fee for any plan is non-refundable. Once you’ve paid the booking fee for your chosen plan, it cannot be refunded.
- Study Materials: Use study materials and resources within the facility. Return borrowed materials promptly to maintain a shared resource pool.
- Privacy: Respect the privacy of others who are using the Self study room. Do not disturb or invade the personal space of fellow learners.
- Respect Facility: Treat the furniture, equipment, and facility with respect. Report any damage or malfunction to the management.
- Adherence to Schedule:Adhere to the Self Study Room timings to ensure a smooth and organized environment
- Cleanliness: Keep the self-study room clean and organized. Dispose of waste properly and leave your workspace tidy for the next user.
- Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited within the facility.
- Compliance: Adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the self-study room management. Failure to comply may result in restricted access.
